Polyflex™ is our solution
to the demand in the exhibit world for flexible, rollable
graphics! It's what we use for rollable magnetice pop-up system
panels in all brands of pop-up booths on the market. It is
also recommended for flexible Velcro-on graphics.
Polyflex™ itself is
just the laminating treatment. It is a heat-applied front
and back lamination process that WILL NOT DELAMINATE (the
historic problem with flexible graphics). Polyflex is the
"bread of the sandwich", i.e. the front and back
layers. The meat of the sandwich is the type of photographic
(or inkjet) material selected. Polyflex is available in three
front finishes to best serve the exhibit application.
LUSTRE
This is a satin finish; it cuts down on reflected glare from
lightin but still allows the print to "pop." It
gives medium to good protection.
MATTE
This is a dull finish that give virtually no reflected glare
from lighting but does tend to dull the image a little. It
gives medium protection.
S.R.
This is scratch resistant finiah similar to the old "pebbled
Lexan" look. It is very durable for high traffic use
and lots of handling. It will reflect a "sheen"
of lighting and dull the image slightly but give maximum protection.
